Information you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, selected computer platform, package preference, inquiry category, message and consent to a response. Do not submit passwords, API keys, account numbers or private trading records. We use this information to handle your inquiry and discuss requested product access.
Technical information
Our hosting provider processes request information such as IP address, browser headers, requested URL and timing to deliver and secure the website. Form processing uses request metadata and anti-abuse checks. The site does not load advertising pixels, and the form does not enroll you in a marketing list.
Anonymous website measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits, referral sources and a small set of actions such as opening documentation, viewing the demo and successfully submitting an inquiry. Analytics does not receive form contents, names, email addresses, broker account details or research keys. We strip query parameters and fragments from the page URLs sent by our integration and use fixed event labels. Vercel processes request information to produce aggregated measurements without cross-site tracking cookies. You can turn this measurement off below; we also honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. The preference is stored locally in your browser.
Service providers
The website is hosted on Vercel. Inquiry messages are delivered through Resend to the product contact mailbox hosted by Zoho Mail. Those providers process the data needed to host, protect and deliver the service and may process it outside your country. Their own privacy and security terms also apply.
Local trading application
The public site does not access your trading database, broker session, account details or research keys. The desktop application stores session data locally and communicates with the broker, research and search providers you configure. Those external services receive information required for the configured workflow.
Use and disclosure
Inquiry data is used for correspondence, requested access discussions, service administration and abuse prevention. It is not sold or used for targeted advertising. Data may be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect the service and its users.
Retention and security
Inquiries are retained as needed to handle the request, maintain relevant correspondence and meet applicable obligations. We seek to limit access to necessary personnel and service providers. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed secure. Contact us to request deletion of inquiry data.
Your requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, or withdraw consent to further inquiry-related contact, by contacting hello@automaticdaytrader.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when legally required. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location.

This is a professional trading-software website, not a service directed to children. Privacy practices may change as the service changes. The effective date above identifies this notice’s latest revision.
