All sales final. No change-of-mind returns. Warranty claims and legally required remedies remain available. We do not offer a trial period, satisfaction guarantee, or returns because of trading results, a change of mind or a preference for another product. Review the product, compatibility and trading risks before purchasing.
Shipping and availability
We plan to offer free insured shipping to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. International shipping is not available at launch. Checkout is not open while hardware qualification and merchant setup are in progress. When sales open, the dispatch estimate will be shown before payment; carrier transit time is additional. Tracking will be provided when your terminal ships.
Shipping delays and problems
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will offer you the choice of accepting the revised date or cancelling for a refund, as required by law. Contact hello@automaticdaytrader.com about a missing, damaged or incorrect shipment. The final-sale policy does not remove these protections.
One-year limited hardware warranty
Automatic Day Trader warrants the supplied terminal hardware against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from delivery to the original purchaser. Contact hello@automaticdaytrader.com with your order reference and a description of the problem. We will diagnose the issue and arrange authorized service. For a covered defect, we will repair or replace the affected hardware without charge, including necessary shipping within the United States. If repair or replacement cannot reasonably resolve the defect, we will provide an appropriate refund. Do not ship a device until we provide service instructions.
Warranty scope
The limited hardware warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid exposure, unsuitable power, or modifications or repairs that caused the damage. It does not insure trading losses or guarantee investment performance, uninterrupted software operation, or third-party service availability. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
License and separate costs
The purchase includes a perpetual ADT license for the purchased terminal and ADT updates released for that supported hardware, without recurring ADT license fees. It does not include trading capital, brokerage charges, paid data, internet, optional AI API charges, replacement hardware or future hardware upgrades. Lifetime licensing is not a lifetime hardware warranty.
Payments and taxes
Payments will be processed by Stripe when checkout opens. The full payable amount, including applicable taxes, will be shown before you pay. A checkout test or purchase inquiry does not place an order for shipment. We do not collect broker credentials or trading funds through checkout.
Service and privacy
Before sending a terminal for authorized service, follow our instructions for backing up data and removing broker credentials. Your order details are used for payment, delivery and support as described in our Privacy Policy. No policy here limits a remedy or consumer right that applicable law requires.
