Loss of capital
You can lose some or all of the capital committed to trading. Borrowing or margin can increase losses and obligations. Do not rely on this software or website to determine whether a trading activity is appropriate for you. Consider your circumstances and seek qualified independent advice when needed.
Execution risk
Prices may gap, spreads may widen and liquidity may disappear. Orders can be delayed, rejected, partially filled or filled at an unexpected price. A stop price is not a guaranteed execution price or maximum loss. A limit order may not execute.
Automation and connectivity
Software defects, hardware failure, power loss, network interruption, broker outages, stale data or configuration mistakes may cause missed or unintended actions. Deterministic code describes a rule-based process; it does not guarantee accurate inputs or favorable results.
Protection and exit limits
Broker-side stops and closing orders depend on broker acceptance, instrument support and market conditions. Application-monitored protection requires the service and data connection. A scheduled or manual exit is a request, not a guarantee of liquidation. Halts and failures can leave exposure overnight.
Research and models
Research providers and models can produce incomplete, outdated or incorrect information. Structured output validation and mechanical checks cannot establish that a candidate will be profitable. You are responsible for evaluating the workflow and its suitability.
Simulation and historical information
Every demonstration on this site is labeled Simulated / Demo Data. Values are fictional, not a verified live trading record. Simulated or past performance does not guarantee future results and may omit costs, liquidity constraints, slippage, taxes or other real-world effects.
Operator responsibilities
Maintain appropriate broker permissions, data subscriptions, funds, machine availability and monitoring. Review actual positions and protective orders at the broker when state is uncertain. Understand disarm, flatten and recovery behavior before enabling live trading.
